my 3 yr old son is suffering from throat infection and dry cough. we have given him cepodem and asthakind ls syrup bt after 3 days i see not much improvement.i hv also given him steam n hot water

A. let first complete her antibiotic course, continue all advice medication n steam inhalation.. after than if no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
