my 3 yr old child has got unwell due to cold weather. she vomited once & refusing to eat or drink anything. feeling sleepy what to do? what's the cure

Your child is having vomiting issues so you can give ORS water to the child that is going to help in building some strength and energy and if your child is too sleepy that’s probably due to losing energy from the body I suggest you to kindly consult your doctor
