my 3 yr 5 month boy have two three white patches on his face m very worried ..how to treat this skin problem

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infefction or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of sbkin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Hi I am not able to see any white patches into the picture that you have posted but if you are saying there must be white patches but there could be 2 to 3 things associated with that it could be deficiency of calcium vitiligo is a skin issue it could be that also so it’s better that you play first get it checked with your doctor
