My 3 years old son has these scars (see attached). Suggest a soap, cream, or alternative cure.

A. Well actually till the time we do not know what it is associated with it would be difficult to tell you what product should you use so please get it examined by the doctor once with which you will have a fair understanding of the problem and treatment for the same
