my 3 years old baby only say mummy papa and she sometime responding or some time not it is autism?

See just two things we cannot conclude so I would like to add on something to it then you decide what’s the problem a child does not make an eye contact 80% thing that if you are calling their name would they do not have proper speech they don’t understand everything the response is totally zero and eye contact I said as they will not listen they don’t have an eye contact these things there could be a chance of delay in the road not necessarily autism but you need to check with your doctor on that
