My 3 years kid milk teeth are broken and few got cavities as well. Will the permanent teeth be fine??

See if the cavities do not reach the gums of your child then I would not be a problem otherwise it can create a problem in the permanent teeth as well so it is going to be great for you to get a check with the dentist for better clarity and they can give you further resistance as per the need that there
