my 3 years baby is having cough cold and due to which he is unable to breathe through nose..some sound is coming. what to do

A. The problem is nasal blockage you can put nasal drops every 5 to 6 hours put a pillow under the head of the child as it’s easy for them to breathe in elevated position and lastly you can also give steam to the child indirectly which would be very helpful
