My 3 year old son is having fever from last two days , we are giving him paracetamol. Today sonce morning we are observing ulcers in his mouth due to which he is unable yo eat drink also. Please suggest.

A. conti with paracetomol for fever and use zytee gel on mouth ulcer, u may also apply honey . give non spicy,semi solid food. loom fir body rashes and good to visit ur docor
