my 3 year old son. got pierced by a sharp thing like needle either a spring of his bike or I dont know. lots of blood spilled out. after cleaning blood there is only a needle hurt its on his feet vein. he didn't even cried much does this causes any infection?do we have to go to the doctor.

A. hi no as such there isn't. but please keep that area clean and dry. apply aloe vera gel or turmeric powder on it dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes maintain good hygiene
