My 3 year old niece was complaining of stomach ache and vomitting,i am attaching her abdominal ultrasound report can someone please guide if this means anything serious? Thanks

Mam the report is not available on my walls which is recommended to consult the gastroenterologist which you’ve already got the testing done the doctor would be able to tell you what is mentioned into the report and if there’s any problem what kind of treatment would be required
