my 3 year old kid fell down from the sofa n got injured on his right hand. He is getting a fever every 6 Hour. when I give paracitamol syrup he will b ok within 1hour after six hours he again gets fever. it's been 4days now. today I went doctor he told continue same medicine 3 4 days it will decrease .if not will do blood test. my question is this ok giving paracitamol every six hours, it's been 4rth day now. any side effects of paracitamol to kids
