my 3 year old is having eye discharge

A lot of times it is just due to irritation in the eyes but these conjunctive item is also spreading a lot so if you discharge is there if there’s any redness or irritation in the eyes at the same time I believe it’s a time for you to check with the doctor and clean the eyes with little warm water
