My 3 year old is having cold runny nose and frequently sneezing . can I give allegra 30 mg suspension to her ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. better to use sinarest af syrup 2.5 ml ok. in monsoon season baby will be having cold and cough frequently due to viral infections sometimes allergies please give steam inhalation frequently and saline drops in the nose of the baby
