will require pediatrician examination to ascertain cause whether it's viral or bacterial infection or allergic cause of cough and cold.
for running nose / cold / mucus can syp (maxtra / relent cold / wikoryl af) 5 ml twice daily.
for cough can give syp asthalin 5ml twice daily .
nasal saline drops for nasal blockage and voice change.
paracetamol for fever.
home remedies like turmeric with milk and tulsi ginger honey. yes meet dr
