my 3 year old having severe loose motions and vomiting..plz tell what to do.. taking doctor tablet still it's the same...not drinking eating anything

Continue to give medicine as prescribed by the doctor. Also give ors to keep your baby hydrated.
Baby will start to eat once the symptoms starts to resolve.
so no need to worry.
Give easily digestible food like khichdi, rice curd, banana, apple,sooji etc
