my 3 year old doctor have the habit of itch her ear while sleeping.. the wound is becoming big day by day.. is that really her habit or any deficiency? I'm worried of it

A. itching in the ear is not a habit that can be some underlying pathology inside the ear Canal due to which baby is having itching so you need to check with ENT specialist and it seems there is fungal infection
