Q.
my 3 year old daughter is not eating anything. ehatever food i give her she doesn't eat it. she only takes cow milk. shes drinking cow milk daily. she can finish 1kg of cow milk in one day. what should i do to make her eat foods? please do help. shes very active tho. she always play with her toys daily and she does yoga with me also everytime.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom It’s a good thing to know that the child is active for her age would suggest to limit her milk intake and not to always given in replacement of meals once you do that and try to change the form of regular food it should work up
