My 3 year old daughter is given immunace liquid. Is it good?

Hello mom it’s basically to do with to build his immunity of the child , so if he was been prescribed you can give as per his health status otherwise if he is having a good diet of healthy seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes, millets , cereals etc
