My 3 year old daughter didn’t poop for 3 days, sometimes she complaints about stomach pain but agains gets diverted and starts playing

Actually because of constipation your child could be suffering with severe stomach pain you need to work on fixing the constipation by giving plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet along with that also I’m going to recommend you to apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping that will also help and start the day with a glass of warm water
