"My 3-year-old child is suffering from severe dry skin, which is leading to itching and small rashes. Despite consulting multiple doctors, we haven't seen any improvement. Please suggest what we can do."

A. Give oil massage to baby and give shower .Don't use soap instead you can use Johnson's Baby Top To Toe Bath cleanse mildly and protects the pH of skin also apply Baby Cream after shower to lock moisturizer always I prefer Johnson's Baby products only for my kids and till now no issues in skin.

A. Nmfe vitamin E cream you should apply every two hours initially do it for a week like this I know it’s going to be little tedious but you should try this hopefully this is going to help introducing dryness completely and which is what is going to be helpful and beneficial in the current timing
