Q.

My 3 year old boy is saying all rhymes and trying to repeat all the sentences we say but not able to talk and call he will shout to call anyone but he is understanding everything. Do i need to worry about this??? please help

A. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the childd is having any development delay or not. the child will be asdsessed for four major milestones that is 1.gross motor milestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.
