My 3 year old baby has cough at night and day also ki he has vomiting also with cough what to doki

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalationx. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milkx.
