My 3 year girl baby suffering from vomitting from morning, vomit is like liquid watery and she having stomach pain also. anything she eats she doing vomitting so kindly suggest me what I need to do

A. Hello mom try to keep in fluids as of now , as it’s important that she needs to be hydrated . Give her just a few tsp throughout the day in form of ORS , water , coconut water, fresh fruit juices etc
