Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. it can occur due to excessive playing and exertion and it can also occur due to nutritional deficiency like calcium vitamin b12 iron and folic acid so better to meet your doctor and also try to give rest to that part of the foot

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this can be due to the growing pain and it is normal in kids and also give your child calcium rich food in the diet and also you may check with your doctor and see if any additional supplements is needed for the child which can also be helpful for the child
