Q.

My 3 year 9 month old son has not had a bowl movement for 5 days, what should I do? but he is active, also eating food. no pain in stomach.

A. Namaste Mom No matter the child is fine but he is grown up and on regular solids so hence important the passing of motion on a daily basis Give massages around the navel area in circular motion also include seasonal fruits and vegetables warm water butter milk

A. Okay so if you’re comfortable with inserting as a suppository into the annual region of the child go ahead with that otherwise you can give MOUT powder it’s a good laxative that you can use for your child this is going to help in clearing the system within 3 to 5 hours
