my 3 year 4 month old son is having skin rashes on his under arm ,nipple area stomach region.it is whitish in appeared. I hereby attach aphoto

A. hi mam, sorry but I can't find any attachment. as physical investigation is necessary in this case,I would suggest you to consult your pediatrician for this. at home,you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there. keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene.
