Q.
My 3 year 4 month baby is suffring from fever from last night. I have given him 2 doese of calpol syrup but fever is not going down. what should I do. suggest Me

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first cline treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

MadhaviMom of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. no need to worry ..... fever usually be for 3 days.... wipe ur baby's body with wet cloth.... if the fever is not controlled consult ur doctor
