ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Spitting up three times a day or more is common for babies under 3 months old. It's even normal for babies to spit up 10 to 12 times a day
Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him, give good burps.

Give adequate feed
Burp well after every feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Maintain hydration
Do not over feed
you can use Natural bottle you can see how much milk your baby is drinking
Newborns need to be fed 8-12 times every 24 hours. Once you’ve got the hang of it, most feeds take 20 minutes or so. But in the early days and weeks, they might take up to an hour. As your baby grows, the time baby takes to feed will reduce. And for most babies, the number of feeds will reduce too.
