Q.

My 3 weeks baby has not pooped for 2 days but is passing gas. She is exclusively on breast feeding. Kindly confirm if this condition is normal.

A. hello actually it is quite natural no need to worry just give tummy time to the baby and apply little warm castor oil to the baby tummy and massage in anticlockwise direction and feed baby exclusively
