My 3 week child is getting acne on full body. What to do in this case. And he is not having sound sleep from last night . Sleep for only 1 hrs and then again wants feeding

A. getting acne all over.. some rashes acne appears and disappears on its own without any attention maintain hygiene uae Babyhug baby care products..
