Q.

My 3 moths old baby is not having a proper maximum nap time is 1-2 hrs on bed and then start arching and crying. If i pick him up and try to make him sleep on shoulder then he will sleep but as soon as we keep him back to bed he wakes up crying . Can someone please help

A. your child is having colic which is causing such behaviour. colic is quite common in children before 6 months of age. the usually start after 3 weeks of age. you can give drops gastica or colicaid to the child 0.5 ml if the child is crying for more than 15 to 20 minutes due to colic pain.g limb cycling movements as well as tummy time will help. to prevent colic pain kindly do burping for 15 to 20 minutes after every feed and do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because all the gas is not removed after one burping.

A. Basically your child is getting used to sleeping in the lap so what you do is when you feed your child try to feed your child in the sleeping position only and let your child be the same way once your child goes to sleep I think this is going to help in breaking the pattern
