my 3 monts baby is having visible dandruff and eaching in head , pls suggest

It is not dandruff it is called cradle cap which is common with kids from the time of birth itself and over the period you will see that with regular shampoo and oil situation is going to be certainly much better so currently you don’t have to worry about that
