my 3 months old son is vigorously crying a lot particularly in evening/night for past two days and not feeding during that time..his whole face is turning red while crying..how to know whether it is related to gastric problem or not.he is having mild cold as well. please suggest

A. okay no problem ffssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
