my 3 months old son has constipation and have been passing dark green stool . please advicw

Green colour stool is normal in babies.
This is due to imbalance between fore milk and hind milk in breast feed babies.
so no need to worry.
secondly
babies can go without poop for a week altogether . if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry
