Q.

my 3 months old girl weight doesn't increase last 1 month her weight is 3.300kg from last month to now her birth weight is 2.250 kg. she is breastfeeding baby she passes urine 7to 8 times a day and poops three days once what can I do for her weight gain

A. good evening if the child is able to gain approximately 400 grams per month you don't have to worry about it I would recommend that you should try to monitor the weight at a interval of everyone month
