My 3 months old daughter is passing watery stool since 4-5 immediately after breastfeed

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Teething may have started to happen as that can start any time after three months and can often lose motions like this generally pooping a couple of times in a days, and also while taking feeding but if it is loose then it could be an issue
