my 3 months old baby not sleeping due to sputum in throat and crying alot not even taking breast milk please help!!

U Can either give steam to your child indirectly or you can nebulise your child apart from that there is no third option for you to go ahead with as of now so you do either of the things that is available to you and hopefully the child should feel better after that otherwise you have to consult your doctor for medicines once one
