my 3 months old baby keeps his thumb in mouth often, is it bad keeping thumb in mouth for baby?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. these are all normal playful activities of the child you should not worry just keep monitoring your baby if there is any other associated problem then plz contact your doctor for advice n treatment . you should worry if this continues after 1 year of age

Yes it is. You have to stop your baby from now otherwise baby will make habit and continue repeating it and it will be difficult for you to control you baby done. You can provide some hand toys to your baby or you can start using mittens to cover your baby’s hand so baby can’t take thumb in mouth.
