Q.

My 3 months old baby hb is 8.9 and Crp is 193. He is taking iron drops now . Can I ignore Crp now and continue breastfeeding till Hb to expected value.

A. Namaste Mom, For HB levels iron drops might have been recommended as such, as normally also babies are prescibed as per requirement along with breast feeding as milk is poor source of iron

A. Blood transmission has been suggested for Hb 8.9 and crp 193 so they are giving antibiotics. My question is blood transmission is required
