Q.

My 3 months old baby has gone through surgery for coarctation of aorta on 15 june n on mother feed only.. he has lost almost 1kg after surgery n looking very weak . wht should I do for his weight gain

A. dear Mum, since your baby is only 3 months old, you should continue with exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
