my 3 months old baby got water into his ear accidentally.. please suggest what to do ??..

Gently rub the washcloth around the outer ear to pick up any wax build-up there.
Never put the washcloth inside baby's ear.
can use ear bud to soak water from ear canal but in very careful manner
