My 3 months daughter spit milk alot. She is on breastfeed and spit most of the milk. I fed her in every 2 hours. Tried vigilac and other digestive drop but not beneficial. What to do?

A. In this age you are supposed to feed your child on demands for for 60 days you’re supposed to feed your child every two hours I think right now also you’re feeding your child every two hours which is leading to overfeeding and more of vomiting so please avoid that
