My 3 months baby is having fever 100.4 and he is having weight 7 kg so how much mL Crocin I can give him? Since 4 hours ago

A. You can give dand drops one time according to the weight of your child and you can repeat it every six hours and still if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours then in that case it’s important that you do take an assistance with your doctor
