My 3 month old son is passing stools immediately after breastfeeding in green and foamy way from past 10 days. But he is active and also weight is appropriate. Is there any problem?

A. green poop in babies is nothing to worry about, in breast fed babies indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.if he has less ur in count n stool is watery foul smelling consult paediatrician
