my 3 month old daughter has continuous problem of cold and cough...her throat always seems like have some disturbing noise and also her stool colour is greenish from long time

And as you mentioned that baby is having continuously cold and cough then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it. Because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby
