Q.

My 3-month-old daughter has been crying a lot for the past 2 to 3 days, especially during the evening and night. We have tried feeding her, burping, changing her diaper, and comforting her, but she still seems restless and cries continuously. There is no fever, but she seems gassy and sometimes pulls her legs up while crying. Could this be colic or something else? Has any parent faced a similar issue? Should I visit a pediatrician?
