Q.

My 3 month old breastfed baby is gaining around 270-290 grams per week and urine output is adequate, but looks thin.people say that he was more chubby a month back and isn't looking healthier comparing to previous months.should I worry about it?

A. Doctor, i too have same problem for my daughter.. is it 150 gms per day or per week?

A. yeah baby around three months will be gaining only 150 to 175 grams per day your baby is gaining more than that please continue the breastfeeding to the baby regularly
