The image is not clear but it seems like a mosquito bite so make baby sleep in a mosquito net and use eucalyptus oil on his clothes to keep the mosquitoes away and alternate in home give camphor dhooni it kills the mosquito and appky either boroline or coconut oil over it avoid itching
