pragatiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. no dear cow milk is not suggested by WHO till 1 year. you can give dexolac formula milk, it has fos which is good for babies all over development. it has fos which increases good bacteria in baby's gut. Also it reduces constipation problem, indigestion and diarrhea too. first consult with your doctor.
SeemaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. it is not advisable to give cow's milk to a child below the age of 1 year. Cow's is not easily digested by the child and can create digestive issues for the baby. You can give formula milk as a substitue to breast milk. i am using Dexolac formula milk for my 7 months old boy. it comes in 3 age groups, hence you can choose as per the child's age. Dexolac has all the essential nutrientbl required for a child's growth.
Dexolac stage 1 - 0 to 6 months
stage 2 - 6 to 12 months
stage 3 - 12 to 24 months

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
if mother milk is not sufficient you can give formula milk...
