my 3 month old baby has loose stool for 6 to 7 times in a day and sometimes in green colour and with foam

A. no worries it's often seen in breast fed babies, because of imbalance of formilk n hindmilk this Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.

A. Some babies have green, frothy poops. These can be a result of baby receiving more foremilk than hindmilk. “Foremilk” describes the breastmilk at the beginning of a feeding. It is lower in fat and higher in lactose than the milk at the end of a feeding which is known as “hindmilk”.
